You agree not to use the Service for:

 

  • Malware, viruses, phishing, credential harvesting, scams, or fraud;

  • Illegal content or activity, including violating intellectual property rights;

  • Spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading/deceptive redirects;

  • Adult content or services (unless explicitly permitted by us in writing);

  • Hate, harassment, threats, or violence;

  • Activities that interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.

 

 

We may remove links/pages, disable features, or terminate accounts for violations.

 

 

6) User Content and Responsibility

 

 

You are responsible for all content you create or distribute using the Service (including destination URLs, bio page content, QR codes, and any uploaded content). You represent that you have the rights and permissions to use that content.

 

We do not pre-screen all links or content and are not responsible for third-party websites that your links point to.

 

 

7) Link Safety, Filtering, and Moderation

 

 

We may use automated systems and manual review to detect unsafe links or content. We may block, disable, or delete links/pages or domains to protect users and comply with law.

 

 

8) Intellectual Property

 

 

The Service, including software, design, logos, and content provided by us, is owned by Mandalay Ad Co., Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

 

 

9) Custom Domains / Branded Domains

 

 

If you use custom domains:

 

  • You are responsible for DNS configuration, domain ownership, and any domain-related fees.

  • You must have authority to use the domain.

  • We may suspend or remove a domain if it is used for abuse or violates these Terms.

 

 

 

10) Suspension and Termination

 

 

We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if:

 

  • You violate these Terms;

  • Your usage creates risk, abuse, or legal exposure; or

  • We are required to do so by law.

 

 

You may stop using the Service at any time. Some data may remain in backups for a limited time.

 

 

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

 

 

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

 

 

12) Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandalay Ad Co., Ltd and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

 

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for using the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

 

 

13) Indemnification

 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mandalay Ad Co., Ltd from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Thailand will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
